Role Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and performance‑oriented leader to drive our international rice export operations. You will spearhead business expansion, manage key client relationships, and deliver consistent revenue growth while aligning with Swah’s values of tradition, quality, and sustainability. Inspired by Manish Mishra’s success in international agro exports (with mandatory experience in Non Basmati Rice)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute international rice export sales strategies to unlock new markets and customers

  • Lead end-to-end export cycles: lead generation, pricing, negotiation, contract closing, and order fulfillment

  • Establish and nurture relationships with global buyers, importers, distributors, and channels

  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to international market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs

  • Leverage government trade policies, subsidies, and APEDA certifications to optimize offerings and profitability

  • Collaborate with operations, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and compliance

  • Use sales analytics and CRM data to inform forecasting, reporting, and strategic decisions

  • Represent Swah’s brand globally, ensuring stakeholders experience professionalism, transparency, and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

  • Education:

  • Experience:

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding into new international markets

  • Strong negotiation and contract structuring skills with diverse clients and regions

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional coordination

  • Hands-on knowledge of export documentation, global quality standards (APEDA, HACCP), and regulatory compliance

  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems; data‑driven approach to decision making

  • Commitment to Swah’s mission of sustainable sourcing, ethical practices, and agricultural heritage

Performance Metrics

  • Export revenue growth (quarterly & annual targets)

  • Number of new markets and corporate clients secured

  • Conversion ratio from lead to signed contract

  • Customer satisfaction and retention in export markets

  • Compliance success rate and documentation accuracy
