About the Company:

We are building a tech-enabled, automated retail network and global leaders in unattended retail. Our smart vending ecosystem will offer on-the-go FMCG, beverages, and daily essentials, powered by IoT, real-time analytics, and digital payments.

The company is funded by a strategic investor and is now looking for an experienced Leader to lead operations, drive growth, and establish partnerships with top FMCG and corporate clients.

Role Summary:

To spearhead the companys strategy, operations, and growth, taking it from pilot to a nationwide network. The role requires a proven operator who understands the economics of vending and micro-retail, can scale teams rapidly, and can build corporate, brand, and distribution partnerships while ensuring unit-level profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute a scalable roadmap — from pilot phase to nationwide rollout.

• Establish partnerships with corporates, real estate operators, and FMCG brands.

• Build new revenue streams such as digital brand advertising and corporate CSR tie-ins.

• Represent the company with investors, partners, and regulators.

2. Operations & Execution

• Set up a robust vending operations backbone — supply chain, replenishment, uptime, logistics, and tech monitoring.

• Lead the deployment of IoT-enabled smart machines, optimizing performance and uptime.

• Build regional clusters and operational teams with clear KPIs.

• Implement tech integrations for real-time monitoring, predictive refills, and analytics.

3. Sales & Partnerships

• Lead FMCG and beverage brand onboarding (Pepsi, Nestl, ITC, HUL, etc.).

• Build long-term contracts with corporate campuses, colleges, and public infrastructure operators.

• Drive the advertising monetization model through digital display ads and physical machine branding.

• Develop partnerships for payment integrations, loyalty programs, and data monetization.

4. Financial & Business Management

• Own company-wide P&L, ensuring profitability per machine and per location.

• Manage pricing, SKU selection, and product mix to maximize throughput.

• Control operational costs, inventory losses, and capital efficiency.

• Prepare business plans and board updates aligned with investor expectations.

5. Team & Culture

• Hire and lead the core leadership team (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology).

• Create a high-ownership, data-driven, execution-focused culture.

• Build incentive and performance systems for on-ground and regional teams.
