As we prepare for our next growth phase, we are looking to onboard a sharp and business-focused Business Finance Analyst with hands-on experience in startup or high-growth environments.

Role Summary:

Education:

● Experience: ○ 2+ years of experience in business finance or FP&A ○ Prior experience working in a startup or VC-funded company is mandatory ○ Experience working directly with founders, directors, or CXOs preferred ● Technical Skills: ○ Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling ○ Familiarity with ERP, BI tools, or financial systems is a plus ● Soft Skills: ○ Strong communication and analytical abilities ○ Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity ○ High ownership, agility, and results-driven approach
