Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service. Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications. Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential inventories with the clients Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner Skills required: Candidates must have relevant experience in B2B Business Development Must have excellent communication skills.
