Job Summary:
As a Corporate Sales Manager/ Business Development Managerat Frutta, you will be a key member of our sales team. Your primary responsibilities will be to build our client base and drive growth. You will be in the position of engaging with businesses and individuals, promoting Frutta's B2B App & Services, ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal applicant is passionate about sales, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across B2B sectors, ensuring continuous business growth and market penetration.
- Represent and promote Frutta's range (Snacks, Food, Beverages, Event Management & Cafeteria Management app) to businesses / clients through field visits , face-to-face meetings & presentations.
- Proactively manage and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments.
- Gather valuable feedback from clients and competitors to provide insights on market trends and emerging opportunities, helping shape sales strategies.
- Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions. Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
- Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment by leveraging new sales tools, techniques, and innovations to drive better results and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in Corporate sales, sales, or a similar role. (B2B or B2C)
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
- Proven ability to accomplish and exceed sales objectives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients, vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
- Problem-solving aptitude and proactive attitude toward addressing issues.
- Knowledge of the food industry and experience working with corporate vendors is a plus.
