Location : Bengaluru Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Chef. The Corporate Chef will be responsible for overseeing the entire food program and menu development as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen partners. The Corporate Chef will work closely with the Frutta team to ensure the highest quality of food items and will be responsible for creating and maintaining recipes and menus from the partner kitchens. Qualifications Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment 3 - 7 years of minimum experience in catering / hospitality industry a plus Curate the menu based on the combination of various items across days to ensure variety Understand the client requirements and curate the menu based on pricing and client expectation Work with the kitchen partners to develop new recipes and improve the existing recipes. Work with the client relationship team to understand the day-to-day challenges and provide solutions Understand food cost in detail and work with the vendors to optimise the same Experience in corporate food industry a plus Strong communication skills. Analytical thinking.
