Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hajipur for an Assistant Indian Chef. The Asisstant Indian Chef will be responsible for preparing Indian cuisine dishes, ensuring food quality and presentation, managing kitchen operations, managing kitchen equipment and maintaining cleanliness and adherence to safety standards, and collaborating with the kitchen team to provide an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Diploma In kitchen preparation and recipe development
• Proficiency in kitchen operations, food quality control, and presentation
• Ability to maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards
• Strong time management and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with the kitchen staff
• Culinary training or certification is highly desirable
• Previous professional experience as an Indian Chef or in a similar role
• Passion for culinary creativity and commitment to high service standards
