Key Responsibilities Own B2B sales strategy and execution to deliver 10,000-unit annual target. Identify high-potential segments (logistics, food delivery, BPOs, corporates) and create tailored offerings. Build and lead the central and regional B2B sales team. Forge partnerships with NBFCs, fleet aggregators, and government programs. Drive funnel reviews, cross-functional alignment (ops, service, delivery). Monitor performance vs plan, and drive accountability. Experience & Skills - 8-12 years of B2B or fleet sales leadership in auto/EV/logistics/mobility having built B2B business / vertical from 0. - Strong commercial acumen, B2B deal-making, and relationship management. - High ownership and comfort in unstructured, fast-paced environments.
