Role & responsibilities - Person should be able to take care of 2W Suspension. Person should have deep knowledge of Springs / Spring Stiffness/ Damping/ Motion Ratio / Installed Length and Bump Stoper. Person should have in depth knowledge of common materials used in Suspension in USD and Conventional Fork. Person should be able to specify Coating Standards. Should be good in GDNT. Preferably from 2W OEM.
