Role & responsibilities - Design and deliver engaging training sessions for call center agents. Develop training materials including presentations, videos, and other learning content tailored to sales objectives. Conduct onboarding and continuous learning sessions for new and existing agents. Monitor performance metrics and identify skill gaps to tailor training programs accordingly. Collaborate with sales leaders and QA teams to align training with business goals. • Maintain training records and track participant progress and feedback. Provide regular reports on training effectiveness using Excel dashboards and data analysis. Key Skills & Qualifications - Proficiency in Excel: Strong command of functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Validation. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage diverse learner groups effectively. Presentation Skills: Capable of creating compelling training content including presentations, creatives, and videos. Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities. Good understanding of sales cycles, KPIs, and CRM tools. Experience in facilitating both classroom and virtual training sessions. Strong organizational and me-management skills.
