Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with deep expertise in managing legal functions in operations-heavy, fast-paced business environments. The ideal candidate will bring strategic legal thinking, experience in contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and a proactive approach to supporting cross-functional teams across supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and vendor management. Key Responsibilities Legal Advisory : Provide legal guidance to operations, procurement, supply chain, and logistics teams on contractual, compliance, and regulatory matters. Contract Management : Draft, review, and negotiate complex vendor agreements, NDAs, MOUs, manufacturing contracts, and technology/service-level agreements. Compliance & Risk : Ensure compliance with applicable laws including labour laws, environmental regulations, industry standards, and export-import laws. Dispute Resolution : Manage litigation, arbitration, and out-of-court settlements related to supply chain or vendor disputes. Policy & Governance : Develop and implement internal policies and SOPs to streamline legal risk management across operational workflows. Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as a business partner to internal teams, including Operations, Finance, HR, and Product, to enable growth while minimizing legal risk. Government & Regulatory Interface : Liaise with government authorities for licenses, registrations, inspections, and audits. Key Requirements Education : LLB from a recognized university; LLM is a plus. Experience :8+ years of legal experience, with at least 3+ years in an operations-intensive company (logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce, or supply chain domain preferred). Strong understanding of commercial law, contract law, labour law , and operational compliance . Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work in a high-growth, dynamic, and cross-functional environment. Sound judgment with a high degree of professional ethics and integrity. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality & Technical Manager to lead quality assurance, vendor management, and production planning across multiple apparel categories. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in quality control, vendor coordination, and process management from fabric inspection through to final product delivery, ensuring compliance with international standards and buyer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end quality management from raw material inspection, cutting, sewing, finishing, and final shipment. Plan and monitor production schedules with vendors and factories to ensure timely deliveries. Provide technical guidance to vendors to achieve the best quality standards. Manage AQL-based inspections and implement statistical process control in factories. Handle social, technical, and compliance audits across vendor base. Lead weekly inspection planning and review target vs. achievement. Approve production samples and provide technical approvals at all stages. Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues in cutting, stitching, finishing, and packaging. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for short shipment management and delivery performance. Supervise and mentor QA teams across different vendor locations. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring adherence to buyer standards and brand expectations. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of knits, woven, denim, high-fashion garments, leather goods, and accessories. In-depth understanding of international quality standards (AQL, SPC, audits, compliance). Excellent vendor management and factory coordination skills. Ability to analyze problems and provide effective technical solutions. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor QA staff. Good communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural exposure (Bangladesh, Indonesia, India). Experience & Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Production, and Technical Management within the apparel industry. Proven track record of handling leading international brands such as Guess, Urban Outfitters, Diesel, Armani Exchange, Free People, Quiksilver, Buffalo Jeans, FCUK, Tom Tailor, etc. Diploma in Apparel Manufacturing Technology (ATDC) or equivalent.
