Business Finance

Role Overview
The Business Finance team at TripJack partners closely with business, product, and leadership teams to deliveraccurate forecasts, drive financial performance, and enable strategic decision-making. This role will beresponsible for owning financial planning cycles, building forecasts, tracking performance against AOP, andproviding actionable insights to senior leadership.Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Forecasting
  

 Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles (AOP, rolling forecasts).
 Build and maintain financial models across GMV, Revenue, Gross Margin, Opex, and Working Capital. Work with business units to set targets, assess risks & opportunities, and ensure alignment withcompany strategy.

• Performance Tracking & Insights
  

 Develop and maintain daily / weekly / monthly performance dashboards and MIS reports by LOB.
 Track budget vs actuals, highlight variances, and drive deep dives into business performance. Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to translate trends into actionable interventions.

• Decision Support & Strategic Initiatives
  

 Provide financial inputs for new business initiatives, pricing strategies, and growth projects.
 Work with cross-functional teams to size opportunities, model ROI, and support decision-makingthrough scenario analysis. Support frameworks to assess cost allocation, profitability, and working capital efficiency.

• Process Excellence & Automation
  

 Contribute to the evolution from manual MIS to automated reporting and rolling forecast frameworks. Work closely with Tech/BI teams to ensure data accuracy, improve visibility, and drive standardizationacross metrics. Identify gaps in financial visibility and implement sustainable processes to close them.

Required Skills & Experience

 CA with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience. Big 4 experience and/or industrial training infinance roles preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and presentinsights clearly. Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; exposure to BI tools (Power BI / Metabase / Tableau) is a plus
