Business Development & Sales
· Develop and execute BD strategies to acquire new clients in CPA, accounting, tax, audit, and KPO services
· Identify and qualify leads through multiple channels (cold outreach, referrals, partnerships, digital campaigns)
· Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure
· Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CFOs, Controllers, CPAs, Firm Partners)
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
· Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
· Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
· Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, content, and lead generation initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Strong understanding of CPA firm services / KPO outsourcing models
· Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales and revenue growth
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Leadership and people management experience
· Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZohoCRM, etc.)
Preferred Skills
· Exposure to the US, UK, Australia, or Canada accounting markets
· Knowledge of outsourcing, offshoring, and managed services
· Experience selling accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, or audit support services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
