KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Convert student inquiries into successful admissions
• Lead, guide, and monitor a

  team of 5 business development executives

• Assign daily leads and track follow-ups
• Support the team in counseling, objection handling, and closures
• Ensure team targets and individual KPIs are achieved
• Coordinate with marketing and academic departments

ELIGIBILITY

• Experience in

  education admissions / business development / sales

• Proven ability to

  handle and motivate a team

• Strong communication, leadership, and closing skills
• Candidates from

  Calicut or Malappuram

  preferred

• Willingness to relocate to Calicut is compulsory
