🔹 Position Overview

The International Team Leader will play a key role in overseeing end-to-end business development, managing a target-driven team, and building strong international client relationships. This role requires strong leadership, digital marketing knowledge, and an exceptional ability to convert opportunities into results.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the complete business development cycle independently and efficiently.
2. Work with a target-oriented approach, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs.
3. Lead, mentor, and train team members to maximize performance.
4. Drive high-quality lead generation using advanced digital marketing strategies.
5. Handle client communication, follow-ups, and long-term relationship management.
6. Conduct virtual meetings, sessions, and manage ongoing project deliverables.
7. Take full ownership of responsibilities with timely execution.
8. Analyze and understand international markets and implement strategic growth plans.
9. Develop, execute, and monitor campaigns across multiple social media platforms.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong understanding of major social platforms: Instagram, WhatsApp, Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
3. Proven ability in lead generation, sales, and closing strategies.
4. Solid team management skills with the ability to train and motivate.
5. Ability to work independently with strong accountability.
6. Flexibility to manage variable workloads, deadlines, and business targets.
