Position: Business Development – Team Lead
Location: Delhi
Experience: 2–5 years in Sales/Business Development

Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives.
• Set daily/weekly targets and monitor the team’s performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Provide support to team members in client handling, closures, and objection management.

Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
• Assist in closing high-value deals and achieving revenue targets.
• Ensure proper follow-up with potential clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Prior experience leading a team is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
