Job Description

As a Business Development Team Lead at FusionStays, you will play a pivotal role in leading property acquisition, relationship management, and operational excellence in the North Bengal region. Your responsibilities will include: - **Property Acquisition & Onboarding:** Identify, approach, and onboard new hospitality partners such as hotels, homestays, and guesthouses. Be open to travel for this purpose. - **Sales & Revenue Growth:** Drive sales performance by achieving monthly and quarterly partner acquisition and revenue targets. - **Relationship Management:** Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure loyalty, retention, and continuous engagement. - **Market Research:** Conduct local market research to identify high-potential areas, competitive pricing, and new business opportunities. - **Negotiation & Contracting:** Negotiate commercial terms, partnership models, and service agreements with property owners. - **Operational Coordination:** Ensure all newly onboarded partners meet brand standards in terms of listing quality, pricing, and availability. - **Performance Monitoring:** Track and analyze partner performance metrics; provide actionable insights for improvement. - **Brand Representation:** Serve as the face of FusionStays in the assigned region, maintaining professionalism, trust, and brand reputation. - **Issue Resolution:** Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve operational or service-related challenges efficiently. - **Reporting:** Prepare and present reports on acquisition progress, partner performance, and regional market trends. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management. - 3+ years of experience in field sales, business development, or operations (preferably in hospitality, travel, or real estate sectors). - Candidate should preferably reside in North Bengal or near North Bengal. - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and acquisition targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field. - Good understanding of hospitality or property partner dynamics. - Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
