The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical coding, billing, RCM, and payer processes , and a proven ability to build strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with US-based hospitals, physician practices, and healthcare management companies . Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on medical coding, billing, auditing, and RCM services . Build and maintain long-term relationships with CEOs, HIM Directors, CFOs, and Vendor Managers in the US healthcare ecosystem. Conduct virtual and in-person presentations, solution demos, and proposal discussions with potential clients. Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to align client requirements with service capabilities. Prepare and negotiate contracts, RFP responses, and partnership agreements. Required Skills & Competencies In-depth knowledge of US healthcare RCM process , medical coding , billing , and payer operations . Proven experience in selling offshore medical coding/billing services or healthcare outsourcing (mandatory). Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance , PHI handling, and healthcare data security. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a consultative approach. Ability to work independently with the US market time zones. Strong business acumen, networking ability, and analytical mindset. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Certification in Medical Coding (CPC, CCS, CRC, etc.) or RCM domain knowledge preferred. 5+ years of experience in US healthcare business development or client acquisition roles.
