Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fresher)

Full time and WFO

living outside kolkata need not to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings across platforms.
• Participate in employer branding and campus outreach initiatives.
• Provide support in onboarding new hires and documentation.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in

  Human Resources, Management, or related field

  .

• Experience: 0-2 years

  in HR (Talent Acqisition Preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
