Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Team Lead, located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Team Lead will oversee and manage a team to drive business growth by developing strategies for lead generation, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The individual will be responsible for analyzing market trends, managing and motivating their team, and ensuring the alignment of business development efforts with the company’s strategic goals. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
