Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, maintaining positive employee relations, and overseeing key aspects of HR management. The role involves supporting day-to-day processes to enhance organizational culture and align workforce strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR Management, HR Operations, and overseeing essential human resource functions
• Proficiency in developing and enforcing HR Policies and ensuring compliance
• Skills in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environment
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end Human Resources (HR) processes
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred
