Business Development Team Lead

As a seasoned Business Development Leader, your role will involve driving strategic growth by converting high-value opportunities across domestic and international markets through strategic outreach and leveraging existing industry networks. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving new business by conducting inbound and outbound calls and utilizing consultative selling and solution mapping techniques. - Mentoring and guiding Business Development Executives (BDEs) while managing your own high-impact sales pipeline. - Managing and nurturing key client relationships with CXOs & IT Directors. - Collaborating closely with delivery, tech, and talent teams to develop scalable and tailored solutions. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 6+ years of total experience with a minimum of 3+ years in IT services sales, including web, mobile, software development, and staff augmentation. - A strong understanding of software development lifecycles, outsourcing models, and delivery dynamics. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - A strategic mindset with a hands-on, revenue-focused approach.
