Business Development Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned female Business Development Leader to drive strategic growth. If you have a proven track record of selling custom software solutions, web & mobile application services, and staff augmentation offerings to global clientsthis is your chance to make an impact at the leadership level.

CTC: 10-12 LPA

What Youll Be Doing

• Drive new business and convert high-value opportunities across domestic and international markets through strategic outreach (outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach) and leveraging existing industry networks along with consultative selling and solution mapping.
  
• Mentor and guide BDEs while owning your own high-impact sales pipeline striking the balance between individual contribution and team enablement.
  
• Manage and grow key client relationships with CXOs & IT Directors.
  
• Collaborate closely with delivery, tech, and talent teams to build scalable, tailored solutions.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 6 years

  of total experience with

  at least 3–4 years in IT services sales

  (web, mobile, software development, and staff augmentation).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, outsourcing models, and delivery dynamics.
  
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on, revenue-focused approach.
