Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Team Lead. The role involves driving strategic lead generation initiatives, managing and mentoring the business development team, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. The Team Lead will be responsible for analyzing market opportunities, refining business strategies, and ensuring team performance aligns with organizational goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet growth objectives is also a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to effectively guide and mentor a business development team. Proven experience in Lead Generation and client relationship management to drive revenue growth. Excellent Communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities to foster clear communication within and outside the organization. Highly developed Analytical Skills to identify market trends, assess opportunities, and optimize business strategies. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; 6 months to 1 year of experience in the same EdTech or technology-driven industries is must. Should reach the monthly targets and driven revenue growth. Salary will be Performance Based upto 60k plus attractive Incentives.
