Business Development Team Lead

As a Team Lead- Business Development, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, enhancing client relationships, and overseeing a high-performance team. Your strong understanding of B2C sales strategies, team leadership, and passion for luxury and fine gemstones will be key in achieving success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various online and offline channels. - Foster and maintain robust relationships with both domestic and international clients. - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of business development executives or sales representatives. - Analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize outreach strategies. - Establish sales targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure the team achieves performance metrics. - Collaborate effectively with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client experience. - Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. - Prepare and present comprehensive reports and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management. - At least 2 years of proven team management or leadership experience. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Previous experience in the gems, jewelry, luxury, or e-commerce sectors is advantageous. - Ability to excel in a target-oriented and dynamic work environment. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
