Job Description

MIS Executive


Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. Advanced Data Management & Reporting

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain 

    daily, weekly, and monthly reports

     using 

    Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI,

  • Ensure 

    data accuracy, consistency, and security

     in all reporting processes.

2. Process Automation & Optimization (JavaScript & App Script)

  • Develop 

    automated dashboards, reports, and templates

     for improved efficiency.
  • Use 

    Power Query, VBA, and App Script

     to streamline data processing.
  • Identify 

    process improvement opportunities

     and implement automation to reduce manual efforts. 

    ( App Script)

  • Develop 

    custom automation scripts

     using 

    Google App Script

     for Google Sheets & G Suite applications.
  • Use 

    JavaScript

     to create web-based tools and automate workflows.
  • Optimize existing 

    Excel VBA macros

     and migrate them to 

    Google Sheets automation

    .

3. Database Management & System Optimization

  • Manage and optimize 

    databases

     to support business intelligence and decision-making.
  • Maintain and update 

    MIS tools

     for seamless data flow.
  • Ensure 

    data governance and security compliance

    .

4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Documentation

  • Act as a 

    bridge between IT and Operations

     to meet MIS requirements.
  • Train and mentor 

    junior MIS executives

     on best practices and automation techniques.
  • Maintain 

    documentation and SOPs

     for all MIS processes and reporting tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree

     in IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience

     in MIS, data analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Advanced), Power BI, and Google Sheets

    .
  • Strong proficiency in 

    JavaScript, Google App Script, and SQL

    .
  • Experience with 

    automation tools (VBA, App Script, Power Query, etc.)

    .
  • Strong 

    analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills
