Management Information System Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong coding and analytical skills to manage and create management information systems on Google Sheets. The candidate should have a solid understanding of formulas, automation, and data structuring to help streamline processes and generate accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize MIS dashboards and reports on Google Sheets.
• Implement formulas, functions, and macros to automate data calculations and reporting.
• Create structured systems for data collection, validation, and analysis.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into MIS solutions.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports.
• Identify process improvements and implement automation wherever possible.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to formulas, data integrity, and system functionality.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in MIS or similar roles with hands-on experience in Google Sheets.
• Strong knowledge of formulas, functions, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and macros in Google Sheets.
• Understanding of coding/scripting in Google Apps Script is a must.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to organize, interpret, and present data effectively.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with various teams.

Preferred:

• Experience in creating dashboards and reports for business decision-making.
• Knowledge of other data visualization tools is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
