About the Role:

Orphic Solution is looking for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and oversee digital campaigns. The role involves managing a team of SEO, social media, and content professionals to drive online visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• * Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and more).
• * Lead and manage a team of SEO, social media, and content marketing professionals to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• * Plan and monitor the company’s online presence across all digital platforms.
• * Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis to improve search engine rankings.
• * Analyze campaign performance data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• * Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators for campaign execution.
• * Manage Orphic Solution’s brand identity and online reputation.
• * Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• * Ensure all campaigns align with business goals and client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

* Hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.

* Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a small team.

* Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

* Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

* Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other creative design platforms.

* Knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools.

* Familiarity with website management platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
