Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Opportunity Identification

• Industry Analysis

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Outreach Initiatives

  : Engage with prospects through networking events, cold calls, and digital platforms.

• Proposal Development

  : Craft compelling pitches and presentations tailored to client objectives.

• Negotiation & Closing

  : Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

• Relationship Building

  : Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Strategic Planning & Execution

• Business Strategy

  : Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and account management, to align on client needs and deliverables.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• KPI Tracking

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Background

  : Masters’ degree in Business Administration, Sales Marketing, or a related field.

• Work Experience

  : Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the creative or advertising industry. Advertising agency background is a must.

• Communication

  : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
