As a Senior Graphic Designer at our company located in West Delhi, you will be an integral part of our creative team. With 4-5 years of experience in graphic design, you will have the opportunity to showcase your strong design background and passion for pushing creative boundaries. Your key responsibilities will include conceptualizing and designing creative solutions for various mediums such as print, digital, social media, and branding projects. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of junior designers to ensure high-quality output and timely project delivery. Developing brand identities, logos, packaging, and campaign visuals that align with client objectives will be a crucial part of your role. It will be essential to stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects. Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines, as well as ensuring consistency in design across all deliverables while adhering to brand guidelines, will be key aspects of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. A diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, campaigns, and multimedia design will be required. Effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams are essential, and experience in motion graphics or 3D design would be advantageous.
