Job Summary

Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing creatives for digital marketing, social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, hoardings, and presentations.
• Create, edit, and produce engaging videos for social media, promotional campaigns, reels, corporate videos, and ads.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver impactful creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design and video assets.
• Conceptualize creative ideas, storyboards, layouts, and video scripts.
• Handle end-to-end video production including editing, color correction, motion graphics, sound syncing, and rendering.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and ensure quality output.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and video editing techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer and Video Editor.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and motion graphics.
• Experience in social media creatives, short-form videos, and marketing campaigns.
• Ability to conceptualize ideas and convert them into impactful visuals.
• Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in branding, real estate, digital marketing, or advertising industry.
• Knowledge of animation, VFX, and UI/UX basics is a plus.
