IT Business Development Executive

• Identify and bid on relevant IT and software development projects via Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other platforms
• Generate high-quality leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales intelligence tools
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat and referral business
• Understand project scopes and collaborate with technical teams to submit competitive proposals
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
• Manage client communications throughout the sales cycle—from initiation to onboarding
• Track, report, and optimize performance metrics

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales or business development, particularly in online marketplaces
• Proven success in bidding and securing projects from Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Tech-savvy mindset with a basic understanding of software development services
