Online Bidder / Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Online Bidder to join our business development team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to understand client requirements to deliver winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Draft well-structured, customized proposals and cover letters to attract potential clients.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
  • Interact with clients to understand their needs, project requirements, and budget.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to estimate project scope, timelines, and cost.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with prospective clients to close deals.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets set by the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Online Bidder / Business Development Executive (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and prepare precise project proposals.
  • Basic understanding of IT services such as Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Marketing, or Cold Calling.
  • Prior experience in handling international clients.
