Job Description

We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Executive who has hands-on experience in lead generation and online bidding platforms. The ideal candidate should know how to identify potential clients, send proposals, follow up professionally, and convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, company websites and networking platforms.
  • Reach out to prospects, explain company services, and generate interest through professional communication.
  • Schedule meetings or introductory calls with potential clients and assist in initial requirement gathering.
  • Maintain and update lead pipelines, follow-ups, and status reports in spreadsheets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular communication and value-driven follow-ups.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets, outreach metrics, and conversion goals.
  • Draft and share sales proposals, quotations, and capability presentations as required.
  • Research market trends and identify new business opportunities aligned with company goals.
  • Generate and win projects through bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings, pricing, and project requirements.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 6 months–1 year of experience in bidding or sales.
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
  • Ability to write client proposals and communicate pricing clearly.
  • Strong negotiation skills and relationship-building mindset.
  • Good understanding of IT/web/software/marketing services (preferred).
