Your main responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. You will be expected to generate new business leads through various channels, manage existing accounts efficiently, collaborate with colleges and companies for recruitment programs, and achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
