This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (IT) located in Bhubaneswar. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing accounts, and developing strategies to expand the company's client base. Your daily tasks will include lead generation, client communication, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure continued success and growth. You will also collaborate with colleges and companies for student campus drives, generate internship opportunities, and work towards completing sales targets that add significant value to the company. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. - Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking to convert leads into successful deals. - Manage existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships for long-term collaboration. - Collaborate with educational institutions and corporate partners to drive campus recruitment, internship programs, and recruitment events for students. - Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive company growth and provide measurable value through every completed deal. - Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities to better serve clients and drive business expansion. - Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to align business development strategies with product offerings and client expectations. Qualifications: - Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation - Strong communication skills and business acumen - Experience in account management - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Relevant experience in IT or related fields - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field Salary: 8,000 - 15,000 per month (depending on experience and performance) If you are genuinely interested in this role and believe you can add value to the company through your skills and efforts, please apply.
