Key Responsibilities:
● Make cold and warm calls to potential clients to introduce our services.● Follow up on inquiries and nurture client relationships.● Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem (including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)● Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, events, etc.)● Understand client needs and present tailored Salesforce solutions that address their business challenges● Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to craft proposals, demos, and presentations● Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closure● Maintain CRM (e.g., Salesforce) records and generate regular sales reportsQualification:
● Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.● Proven experience in IT sales, focusing on cloud services (Salesforce and Mulesoft preferred).● Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their business applications.● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
