Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients for IT services (

• Pitch company services and convince clients with strong communication & presentation skills
• Negotiate & close deals to meet monthly and quarterly business goals

• Collect payments from clients

  and ensure timely financial closure of deals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver promised solutions

Requirements

• Confidence in handling client conversations

• Proven experience in IT sales/business development
• Strong negotiation, closing & payment follow-up skills
• Ability to manage the
