Senior Graphic Designer

It's UK based organisation and office timeing is 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM (UK Shift) with salary range up to 7 LPA Negotiable depending on experience and current salary.

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will lead visual design initiatives and ensure high-quality creative output across digital and print platforms. This role will focus primarily (70%) on graphic design, with an additional focus (30%) on UI/UX for digital platforms or may be structured as 100% graphic design depending on the candidate’s core strengths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creative design projects from concept to final execution, ensuring brand consistency.
• Create compelling visual content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, brochures, and advertisements.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and web teams to meet campaign and branding goals.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
• Contribute UI/UX design input for websites and landing pages (if applicable).
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Take ownership of the visual identity and uphold high design standards across all platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Adobe XD or Figma is a plus for UI/UX).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative, professional design work.
• Ability to interpret marketing needs and translate them into compelling designs.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Experience working in a digital marketing environment or agency.
