Role Overview: Mother Sparsh is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to conceptualize designs for various media platforms, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and production of marketing materials, developing creative strategies for ad campaigns, enhancing the company's brand presence, and creating print and digital collateral. Your expertise in packaging design and proficiency in graphic design software will be crucial in achieving these goals. Key Responsibilities: - Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software. - Oversee the design and production of online and offline marketing materials. - Conceptualize and execute creative design strategies for ad campaigns. - Develop the company's brand and increase brand presence. - Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral. - Expertise in packaging design. - Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule. - Establish creative direction and brand guidelines for the company. - Perform image retouching and manipulation. - Work with various media and graphic design software. - Strong knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web. - Present a compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects. - Strong analytical skills. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design. (Preference will be given to NIFT graduates) - 3+ years of creative design experience in graphic design, preferably with good brands or FMCG companies. (Experience as an e-commerce graphic designer is preferred.) - Proficiency in design software such as Corel, Adobe, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Experience in packaging design. - Strong typography skills.
