About Us

Ideal e Designs is a fast-growing mobile app development company serving clients across the US, UK, Europe, and the Middle East. We specialize in building scalable, user-friendly mobile applications for iOS, Android, and cross-platform (Flutter, React Native).

We are expanding our Business Development team to bring in international clients through cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calling outreach.


Role Overview

Business Development Executive (BDE)


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with international clients who require mobile app development services.
  • Execute outbound outreach campaigns via cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
  • Write professional, personalized messages and proposals tailored to prospects.
  • Use lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Hunter.io.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for qualified leads with the senior team.
  • Maintain lead data and progress in CRM or Google Sheets.
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
  • 1–3 years of experience in international sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Basic understanding of IT services, mobile apps, and SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of cold outreach methods (email, LinkedIn, and phone).
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient in handling rejection.


Key Performance Indicators

  • 100+ LinkedIn DMs per week
  • 200+ cold emails per week
  • 30+ cold calls per week
  • 5–10 qualified meetings booked per week
  • 2–4 converted clients per month


Compensation & Incentives

  • Salary:

    ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
  • Incentives:

    ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 for every closed project
