SHIFT TIMINGS - 4 PM - 1 AM Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in inside sales or sales support to manage and optimize our lead generation and conversion efforts. This role will focus on responding to leads from email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, scheduling calls with prospects, and ensuring a strong lead-to-call conversion rate. The candidate will also collaborate with the campaign team to create and optimize outreach templates, manage the sales pipeline, and take ownership of the entire outreach process. Key Responsibilities Lead Engagement & Conversion: Respond promptly to leads generated from email and LinkedIn outreach efforts, ensuring timely and professional communication to convert leads into calls. Maintain a strong lead-to-call conversion ratio through effective engagement and follow-ups. Take ownership of the lead follow-up process, ensuring consistency and persistence in driving leads toward action. Pipeline Management: Track and update lead statuses regularly, ensuring accurate and organized records in the CRM. Follow up with assigned leads consistently to ensure no opportunity is missed. Campaign Collaboration & Template Development: Work closely with the campaign team to draft, test, and optimize email and LinkedIn outreach templates. Regularly analyze outreach results to improve the effectiveness of templates and strategies. Generate new campaign ideas aligned with business goals and target audience insights. Manual & Account-Based Outreach: Conduct manual one-on-one outreach for a targeted set of accounts to generate replies and schedule calls. Customize outreach efforts for high-value accounts to drive better engagement. Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor, analyze, and report on outreach performance metrics. Use data insights to recommend and implement improvements to the outreach process. Requirements Experience: At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or lead management roles. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft professional and engaging messages. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, email outreach platforms, and LinkedIn outreach tools. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Mindset: Customer-focused with a results-driven approach and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in business development or account-based marketing roles.
