Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Global TeleRadiology, your role will involve engaging with potential clients such as hospitals and diagnostic centers to introduce our services and establish strong professional relationships for long-term business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining accurate customer records, and utilizing CRM software for lead tracking and client interactions. Your key responsibilities will also include preparing sales presentations, market reports, and coordinating schedules and meetings with leadership for client engagement in the Delhi/NCR region. Additionally, you will be required to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and propose strategic solutions to enhance service offerings and revenue generation. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Graduate in any stream (science background preferred, B.Sc. advantageous) - Experience: 12 years in business development, sales, or customer service (healthcare industry experience preferred) - Communication Skills: Strong verbal & written English (knowledge of an additional local/third language is a plus) - Technical Proficiency: Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools like Outlook - Work Ethic: Highly committed, self-motivated, and goal-driven with a hunger to acquire new clients - On-Ground Sales Capability: Ability to conduct face-to-face meetings with clients in the Delhi/NCR region In addition to the above qualifications and experience, you should possess one year of experience in various areas such as client acquisition, CRM & data management, sales presentations & reports, business communication, work ethic & commitment, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare, MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), on-ground sales, market research & competitive analysis, multi-tasking & time management, relationship-building & networking, problem-solving & strategic thinking. Global TeleRadiology offers a full-time, permanent job type with benefits including health insurance and a day shift schedule.
