Responsibilities of the Candidate: Develop business pipeline using cold and warm techniques. Negotiate contracts and close sales with new and existing clients. Boost revenue by bringing in and cementing relationships with new clients and optimizing servicing of existing customer accounts. Engaged with customers to build business relationships. Interaction with clients. Evaluate customer needs and feedback to drive product and service improvements. Collect, arrange, and input information into the database system. Interacted with customers by phone, email, or in person to provide information. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Good communication skills Basic knowledge of MS/Google/Adobe enterprise solutions Adept in understanding and using IT environment and tools available Produce quality work that adheres to the relevant professional standards Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information provided by clients Share and collaborate effectively with others, create a positive team spirit Work towards individual goals set and be comfortable with target/deadline-based working Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
