Finodha.in by NEFCo Fintech Private Limited is actively hiring for the role of Business Development & Sales Executive!

With 5,000+ clients served in 26+ states, we specialize in ITR filing, GST compliance, Company Incorporation, Digital Signatures, and ISO Certification.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Develop business pipeline using cold and warm techniques.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with new and existing clients.
  • Boost revenue by bringing in and cementing relationships with new clients and optimizing servicing of existing customer accounts.
  • Engaged with customers to build business relationships.
  • Interaction with clients.
  • Evaluate customer needs and feedback to drive product and service improvements.
  • Collect, arrange, and input information into the database system.
  • Interacted with customers by phone, email, or in person to provide information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS/Google/Adobe enterprise solutions
  • Adept in understanding and using IT environment and tools available
  • Produce quality work that adheres to the relevant professional standards
  • Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information provided by clients
  • Share and collaborate effectively with others, create a positive team spirit
  • Work towards individual goals set and be comfortable with target/deadline-based working

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
