We are Escapades for the Soul, a Delhi-based organization passionate about enhancing mental and emotional well-being through our Mind Mentoring Programs.
Our sessions introduce individuals—especially school students—to simple yet powerful mindfulness practices that support mental health, emotional balance, and cognitive growth. We have trained and touched upon more than 7000 individuals till date and continuing to do so.

About the Role

As a Business Development (Sales) Executive, you’ll be the face of our organization—taking our mindfulness programs to schools, colleges and corporates.
You’ll connect, pitch, and build meaningful relationships that help spread emotional well-being to more people.

What You’ll Do

· Develop & Execute Sales Strategy: Plan and implement creative sales approaches to meet and exceed targets.

· Lead Generation: Identify and connect with schools, universities, and corporate organizations to introduce our programs.

· In-Person Meetings: Visit institutions, conduct presentations, and build trust with decision-makers.

· Client Relationship Management: Nurture long-term partnerships and unlock new opportunities.

· Market Awareness: Stay informed about trends in education and corporate well-being to strengthen your pitch.

What We’re Looking For

· Experience: 1–2 years in the Education Sales domain.

· Sales Skills: Confident in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

· Relationship Builder: Comfortable engaging with school heads, counsellors, and HR leaders.

· Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools, email communication, and presentation software.

· Strong Communicator: Clear, persuasive, and great at storytelling.

· Must Have: A personal laptop and a positive, go-getter attitude!
