Position: Business Development (Sales) Executive

Location: Delhi | Field Sales | Monday to Saturday

CTC: ₹3.6 LPA

What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth journey—connecting with educational institutions and corporate clients to share our vision and drive program adoption.

Your Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.

· Lead Generation: Identify, pursue, and convert leads in the education and corporate sectors.

· Institutional Sales: Conduct in-person meetings with schools, colleges, and organizations.

· Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.

· Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor movements to enhance pitch effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience: 1–2 years in education sector sales.

· Sales Acumen: Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals.

· People Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.

· Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and presentation software.

· Communication: Clear, compelling speaker with strong storytelling and negotiation skills.
