Private Client Group Advisor

Key Responsibilities: Client acquisition and activation (offline & online), with focus on HNI/ UHNI segments Execute orders on behalf of clients in Equity, F\&O, Commodity, and Currency segments (NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX) Participate in daily research calls and share in-house recommendations Ensure KYC compliance and manage client documentation Adhere strictly to risk, surveillance, and deal desk processes Educate and transition clients to online/mobile trading platforms Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction Cross-sell Aditya Birla Capital’s financial products based on client needs Monitor client margins, ensure fund settlements, and manage exposure risks Ensure daily order confirmation and regulatory compliance Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Equity Dealing & Client Acquisition Proven track record of achieving 4X revenue targets Must have completed 10+2+3 years of education Age below 35 years NISM Series 8 (Equity Derivatives) certification – Mandatory Strong understanding of Equity & Derivative markets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience handling HNI clients and large-ticket trades Knowledge of compliance, surveillance, and risk protocols Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required) Experience: Equity, F&O,Commodity,Currency (NSE,BSE,MCX,NCDE): 1 year (Required) Client Acquisition, HNI,Ultra HNI clients: 1 year (Required) Equity Dealing & Client Acquisition: 1 year (Required) Compliance & Risk Management: 1 year (Required) Revenue Target Achievement(4X revenue targets): 1 year (Required) Market Knowledge, Tech-savviness: 1 year (Required) Communication & Interpersonal Skills: 1 year (Required) Cross-Selling Ability: 1 year (Required) Order Management & Reporting: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) License/Certification: NISM Series 8 (Equity Derivatives) (Required) Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person
