The Role: Sales / Business Development Representative (BDR) Are you passionate about technology, love a fast-paced environment, and thrive in the chase of new business? We’re looking for a high-energy BDR to drive our outbound efforts and be the first point of contact with potential customers. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you’ll work closely with the founding team to scale our go-to-market efforts from the ground up. What You’ll Do Identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and create target prospect lists Perform outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers Qualify inbound and outbound leads and move them into the sales pipeline Book discovery meetings for the CEO and/or senior sales team Help build a scalable outbound sales playbook Maintain and update CRM systems with lead activity and outcomes What We’re Looking For 1+ years of experience in a SaaS BDR/SDR or outbound sales role at a high-growth startup Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and developer-facing tools (DevOps, Infra, AI tools is a plus) Excellent written and verbal communication skills A self-starter with a hunger to learn, adapt, and hustle Comfortable working in a startup environment — ambiguity, speed, and ownership are part of the job Tech-savvy mindset; ability to grasp and communicate technical products (coding skills not required) Why Join Us?
