Business Development Representative

(Only female required)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and a passion for achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in bringing new clients, expanding business opportunities, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and present suitable products/services.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Should be able to speak in English with confidence as clients will be from Pan India.
• Undergraduate/Graduate in any field
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals.
• Basic knowledge of computer application
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal guidance from other team members.

Working hours - 9:00 am to 06:00 pm (including 1 hour break)

Sunday fixed off and paid leave during national holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
